Whilst getting a sandwich at lunch today James and I found this little delight – Filipinos

Back in the West Country for the weekend. The usual bit of gardening to help mum out, taking pictures of the cat and taking dad’s dog for a walk. Bit of a road ride tomorrow and then back to London for another ride on Sunday.

Loving being back on the bike this week and I think it’s helping with losing some weight too. Fitted in to a pair of shorts I haven’t worn for a long time on Sunday. The extra fitness is helping too.
