not sure what ’tilt shift’ is but it reminds me of stereo photography where if you use a wide separation between the cameras everything appears ‘toy-like’. It’s called “Lilliputism”.
A tilt shift lens is usually used for architecture shots. Sometimes called a perspective correction lens. You can move the focal plan around hence the blurring at the top and bottom of the image.
isn’t tilt-shit a photoshop plugin?
Yeah, most people seem to do it in Photoshop I guess.
